We're trying something a little different in our TEEN room here at the Thomas County Public Library. We have one of our windows covered with positive expressions in an effort to keep the youth upbeat and excited about their lives, both during and away from school. Stop in and check out some of the sayings.

Stop into the Thomas County Public Library and join us on Monday, August 14th & 21st @ 10:00 a.m. for Computer Basics. Learn how the computer works and some of the different things that can be accomplished using them. Building Resumes:  Monday, August 14th @ 6:00 p.m.; Wednesday, August 16th & Friday, August 18th @10:00 a.m.
Writing Papers in WORD:  Monday, August 21st @ 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 23rd & Friday, August 25th @ 10:00 a.m.

Stop by the TEEN area and see our new display dedicated to the NFL players of Thomas County. Read bios on players from both the Thomasville High School BULLDOGS and Thomas County Central YELLOW JACKETS. Learn a little about each of them including the colleges they attended and which NFL or Canadian League teams they have played or are playing for. We even have Mike Bobo, former Bulldog, who is the Head Coach of Colorado State University.
