SUMMER READING!!!

HELLO ALL..........

In a few weeks school will be out and................guess what? You guessed it, SUMMER READING  will be in full effect. Beginning May 30th you can bring your family in to sign to participate. There will be all sorts of prizes this year so prepare yourself. Below is the Calendar of Events for the TEENS.............check it out and hope to see you here at the THOMAS COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY!!!!

Excel 2016

Join us Wednesday, April 19th and Friday, April 20th at 10:00 am and learn about Excel and its new changes. Create spreadsheets, graphs, contact lists, etc. The classes are free and open to the public.

• Be sure to stop by the Thomas County Public Library Tuesday, April 5th or Friday, April 7th at 10am and learn how to create Address Lists, Envelopes, and Letterhead in our Mail Merge Class. 
• On Friday, April 5th Teens ages 12-17 can stop by from 3:30 to 5pm for Gamers' Club. Bring your friends in and enjoy a little friendly competition on the Xbox 360 or board games. 
• REMEMBER:   April is Poetry Month so stop by and create your own special Haiku and display it on the window in the Reference Area.
• Next week is LIBRARY WEEK:  stop in and get your FREE library card that gives you access to books, movies, and magazines!!!!
